I would agree that personality is dependent on situations. The personality that I display at work is different to that I display when I am with my friends. Most often when I am with my friends it is that environment that does not demand alot of attention as such away from work I turn to be flexible and more of a care free character, however when am at work I display the Dominant traits where I am very much concerned in meeting the goals of the organisation.
To sum up, I would say, each position demands some behaviour traits so that the activities related to that post are easily carried out, in fact the position of Executive Director will demand Behavioural traits which the teaching profession would not demand.
