Understanding myself is an indication that I have become more aware of myself not only with regards to my strength and weaknesses but also how why I have certain preferences and act the way I do. This awareness of myself would help me to become empathetic in my ministration towards children and my fellows as I would understand better their emotional concerns and perspectives in any given situation.

Knowing that I am ENTP from the Myer's Briggs Personality Assessment, I would become a better team player collaborating with fellows on any given task, maintain a positive attitude, and be willing to learn from them.
