UPI Hub: New comment on your group post

A new comment from Justice Pondani.

Well articulated. Indeed for one to be a team player he needs to be an individual who can read and understand other peoples personality, failing will be some confusion arising from misunderstanding that originates from lack of personality information of the person(s) you're dealing with.

Understanding myself is an indication that I have become more aware of myself not only with regards to my strength and weaknesses but also how why I have certain preferences and act the way I do. This awareness of myself would help me to become empathetic in my ministration towards children and my fellows as I would understand better their emotional concerns and perspectives in any given situation.

Knowing that I am ENTP from the Myer's Briggs Personality Assessment, I would become a better team player collaborating with fellows on any given task, maintain a positive attitude, and be willing to learn from them.
