A new comment from Benjamin Urhode.

Being dominant does not completely translate to being a dictator. Although the dominant personality style may be prone to being a dictator (as a weakness) in certain circumstances, someone who is already aware of that weakness will be able to minimize its occurrences whenever possible. I that that is the whole essence behind knowing the strength and weaknesses of your personality style so that you can build on your strength and work on your weaknesses.

The disc assessment result has shown that my dominant work style is the D style. This is so because I am a teacher so for me to manage my classroom situations I need to control my learners. This also helps me to manage my time properly. The dominant personality style helps me because I work per scheduled activities so that I should manage to achieve my general and specific objectives in the syllabus at the end of each academic year. My second personality was steadiness then compliance and finally influence.
