I agree with you Jim on better decision-making as a result of understanding yourself. The decisions are realistic and chances of pursuing them are high for they are made on a real basis.

Understanding myself helps me to become a better decision maker and one who do not use emotions when making decisions. Understanding myself would also help me to realize my potential and other people's potentials and how I can make career decisions using these potentials. Not only that, self understanding will help me to interact and make better relationship with new people and easily welcome their ideas.
